Instructions:

• click on run and download software
• confirm any Windows security messages
• click on join a meeting now (on the right side of the box)
• enter meting ID# (see e-mail)
• enter your name and e-mail (just for reference)
• after successful log on, you should have a visual of the presenters screen
• now please connect to the phone conferencing system
